You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving all outputs before using them, sending them to clients, relying on them, or making business decisions based on them.

Rate evaluations are estimates, not guaranteed market outcomes.

Propo may provide hourly, project, retainer, or other pricing guidance based on your inputs, role, experience level, location, client type, project scope, timeline, and available market benchmarks.

Rate outputs are estimates only. They may not reflect every local market condition, industry standard, client budget, economic shift, negotiation factor, tax burden, business cost, legal requirement, or personal circumstance.

Propo does not guarantee that a client will accept any rate, that any rate is legally or commercially appropriate, or that using a suggested rate will increase income, revenue, profitability, or client quality.

Generated proposal language is not legal representation.

Propo may generate proposal sections, payment terms, revision terms, cancellation terms, ownership language, intellectual property language, scope boundaries, timelines, deliverables, and other client-facing business content.

Generated proposal language is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Propo is not a law firm and does not review your specific legal situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and modifying all proposal language before use. You should consult a licensed attorney if you need legally enforceable contract language, jurisdiction-specific protections, or advice about client agreements.

Propo is not responsible for client disputes, nonpayment, chargebacks, rejected proposals, scope disputes, contract interpretation issues, intellectual property disputes, or losses caused by your use of generated proposal materials.

Scam Shield is a risk-awareness tool, not a verification service.

Scam Shield may analyze information you provide about a client, project, message, job opportunity, or business inquiry and return AI-assisted observations about potential warning signs.

Scam Shield is not a background check, consumer report, credit report, private investigation, employment screening service, legal investigation, fraud determination, identity verification service, or guarantee of client legitimacy.

You may not use Scam Shield to make decisions regulated under consumer reporting, employment, housing, lending, insurance, credit, or similar laws.

Propo does not guarantee that Scam Shield will identify every scam, detect all bad-faith clients, prevent financial loss, verify a client’s identity, or correctly classify every opportunity.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Premium subscriptions and paid transactions may be processed through Stripe or another authorized third-party payment processor.

Propo does not directly store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment processors may collect and process billing information according to their own terms, policies, and security practices.

Propo is not responsible for Stripe outages, payment processor errors, bank declines, payment delays, failed payments, chargeback decisions, third-party billing policies, or other issues controlled by payment providers.

Your use of Propo involves submitting business and account information.

When using Propo, you may submit personal information, professional details, client information, project details, proposal content, rate evaluation inputs, Scam Shield inputs, and other business materials.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any information you provide, including client-related information, business details, confidential materials, or third-party content.

Propo’s handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, despite everyone’s charming hope that passwords and optimism are enough.

Third-party services may affect your experience.

Propo may rely on third-party services including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication systems, cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers, email systems, and customer support tools.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, data practices, pricing, terms, errors, security incidents, interruptions, outages, or policy changes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Propo may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, limited, or modified due to maintenance, updates, outages, security issues, third-party failures, infrastructure problems, legal requirements, or other causes.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser, device, operating system, integration, or workflow.

You are responsible for your business decisions.

You are solely responsible for how you use Propo, what information you submit, how you interpret outputs, what proposals you send, what clients you accept, what rates you charge, and what business decisions you make.

You agree to independently review all generated materials and seek professional advice when appropriate.

Propo is not responsible for losses, disputes, damages, missed opportunities, rejected proposals, client behavior, nonpayment, incorrect assumptions, or business outcomes resulting from your reliance on the Services.

Propo does not guarantee income, revenue, or client success.

Any examples, projections, pricing ranges, proposal previews, or business insights shown through Propo are illustrative only.

We do not guarantee that using Propo will increase your rates, improve profitability, prevent scope creep, reduce client disputes, generate clients, improve close rates, prevent scams, or produce any specific financial outcome.

Your results depend on many factors outside Propo’s control, including skill level, market demand, negotiation ability, client budget, timing, competition, economic conditions, and business execution.

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propo and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and partners disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages.

This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost clients, business interruption, data loss, reputational harm, proposal disputes, client misconduct, payment issues, chargebacks, reliance on generated outputs, or failure to detect a risky client.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, Propo’s total liability will be limited as described in the Terms of Service.
